Ceramic Frying Pans, Boilable Bird Eggs

Given that we now have bird eggs we can acquire on the first day of any new world, could we perhaps have an immediate way to use them? Magpie eggs (and other bird eggs not chicken) don't appear to be able to be boiled in a cauldron, or used in any other meaningful way until you get flour.

Could we have a way to use these without having to acquire metal or flour first?

A ceramic frying pan seems the easiest way, and allowing them to be boiled.

(Edit: Yes, I could theoretically make easter eggs on day 1.)
