Sand Production

A production method for creating sand of higher ql.

This should be slow(similar to the production of tar or cheese(extreme)). A windmill with an alternative attachment a pulveriser(should require steel to make). (it could produced 1 sand a day or something of that effect, 1l of water to 1 stone max capacity is 100l and 100 stones)
The windmill will slowly pulverise Sandstone into sand over a period of time, the machine should need water to prevent the sand just becoming dust and simulate the effects of water.

Formula = (( Sandstone + water*4)/5) *3 + machine)/4

Ofc this is just some guidelines and changes can be made, Thoughts?

i like this but dont necessarily agree with it needing to be slow because at this point its just your monocle glass factory instead of your "Hey I've quality-hunted sandstone so i can make nice snowglobes" factory

I'd really like to see more uses of specific stones, so that's a + from me. Not sure about the math / balance in this, but i like the idea on it's own.

or maybe - when mining sandstone there is a decent chance that sand will appear alongside cave dust
