make a prospecting bowl out of copper

stand in river while using it

maybe get gold dust once in a blue moon

10 gold dusts make 1 gold pebble

not sure how to not have it abused by bots though

I think this will make it too easy to get golds.

If we wanted to make this for early game findings, like curios and/or low grade jewels, that wouldn't benefit major factions botting I wouldn't object. But anything relevant to midgame or later it becomes worrisome.

Yes, first pile I run over I am attacked by rat. I tell my fellows to beware the dust for the rats lurk within. But foolhardy villager does not heed warning, and he finds gemstone instead. Some time I guess a man must pay for his prudence.

Haven't found gems yet, but only one rat. Mostly centipedes and moths.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
