Credos and seasons

Can credos for the love of god require you to do things that are actually possible within the current season?

There isnt a good reason for forager credo for example to require you to do things you wont be able to do for 20 real life days, its so infuriating and pointless having to abandon quests over and over again and just rely on RNG to not get screwed over for 20 days, its going to be even worse at winter too.

Pick parasol mushroom? nope have to wait until autumn, pick morels? nope!
