Its really bad curio when compared to even the web or the itsy bitsy on itself, (which both are still bad curios)
Decrease its weight so it becomes available early game and buff it's LP a bit.

indeed, the new curio is, possibly, even worse than the two pieces separated. My suggestion is to buff LP, decrease mental weight a bit and, possibly, make it a zero exp curio, since it's already difficult to find both the pieces to make it and also, for high level players, it will never be a good curio anyway.
