What if wine stored in wine racks would grow quality over some time?

We need similar minigame to wine aging as we have with cheese.

Also should have grape genetics and give wines some sort of FEPs or something.

Could do the same thing with beers, too.

Yeah. Unironically make it as obtuse as spices are too so no one figures out publicly how to game it for years.
