Rework dungeon respawn timer

After a lot of different dungeons in different worlds, with different stats i was able to conclude that it's hardness mainly depends on respawn of creatures.

What's the thing?
For example, you entered a room and there are 2-3 creatures was spawned, and some will respawn after you kill them. Their respawn timer is starting right after they spawned, the longer they live - the faster next wave will spawn, and there is a problem. If you are weak, require more time to kill them - you are suffering that new creatures will respawn right before you killed previous. On the other hand - if you are strong enought to kill them quick - they will respawn after some cooldown, so you will restore your openings, prepare for next wave by moving to better place in the room, etc.

What's wrong with that?
If you are weak for dungeons - it makes harder for you to clean rooms, you starting to overcollect openings and suck hard
If you are strong enought for dungeons - they are way easier for you, just becayse you can restore before waves.
From the point of view of gameplay - this is a big entry threshold, but right when you achieve it dungeons stops to be challenging.

Probably solution can be:
Just make it so, that respawn cooldown of certain creature will start after death of previous.
