Dewy Lady's Mantle Dew Evaporation

The dew on dewy lady's mantles should evaporate. They should decay into standard lady mantles after some period of time, probably longer than the study time. Maybe after twenty four hours?

I have suggested spoiling and decay of items before and devs weren't fan of it.

Now that we have winter I would really like to see that though...

Yeah but this makes sense because there's no way your wet plants would stay wet for weeks on end.

Yeah but food spoiling makes sense because there's no way your honeybuns would stay moist and nice for weeks on end.

True. But the water on a leaf would evaporate waaaay quicker than food rotting.
