build door to connect buildings

if buildings are close enough, allow to build a door connecting walls

this would allow building simple mazes of interiors, maybe even multilevel mazes if towers are connected

could be a cheaper alternative to custom building

yea but this trick would avoid the aesthetic challenges of a free system, while giving some freedom to players design interiors

also the "build door" thing could be used in a free system
