Town Zone Naming

Would like a sign post~ sorta like a street name sign post.

It lets you select a 100x100 area or maybe more.

When walking thought the area it would say the name (same way when you walk into a town)

"Town name"
"Enter whatever here"

This would just be nice for displaying zones or info for large towns.
