it is impossible to get Ancient Root even if they spread in tonnes all over the map. but u get at least
3 to 5 warts and 1~2 nerf damage daily , there is no way to outheal this

also warts heal overtime , it sure takes about a month but usualy less than a week and wart is gone.
im some cases warts are easy to remove with burns , cuts , iod essence and whole bunch of other things. even sulfur is able to remove it.

and in just worst case there is still surgery-

and it the worst of the worst cases there is still maggots , they will do the job.

nerv damage heals overtime as well .
