Dried starfish curio/necklace?

As the title says. A dried starfish which would (get this) be BETTER (stay with me here) lp/h and total lp than a regular starfish.
Place it on a herb table for several hours and there ya go

''Common'' starfish already is fairly decent curio I think, but study time is too short for how uncommon it is. Dry starfish I think should take longer time to study!
