Village buffs

Literally no any advantages of playing in one village for people. Village is just exorbitantly big easy to earn claim with totally broken balance of authority and expanding. Despite this, villages don't have any function to force people play togeter. Literally no any advantages of unite of unfamiliar people - all that you will receive, when you trying to create a village and oath random people - is a total lack of interest to live in same village, and headache of managing all this.
If you are all living in same plot and share everything - it become hell to live in after some certain village population.
If you are living in small groups on personal plots - you are just interfering each others development.

Make some QoL buffs for villages, which can be raised with authority objects, this authority objects should be much easier to reach in comparison with kingdoms, but hard manageable to reach by hermits with villages.
It will force people play together, and also noobs/hermits to settle near bigger villages to reach their bonuses.

Good idea. Something like realm buffs but for villages. Would cost village auth and be a bit more cheaper to build etc.,

I think markets and trading need to introduced earilyer into larger villages.
I honestly hate the "steel" a coin press needs. it should only be hard metal to make.
on top of needing fabric for stalls~ We need a new stall that just boards and bone glue.

that way trading can start quickly instead of nearly a month-2 months down a the road for some people.

yea this is really stupid
there is no benefit of gating trading behind early game valuable resources
