Wounds When Butchering

People should sometimes get wounds when butchering animals. Sometimes you cut yourself on accident and get Knicks and nacks or deep cut

Not to mention infection once you cut yourself open and mix your blood with animal guts! This is the reason behind seal finger isn't it? Needs expanded!

We have seal finger not sure more of the same would be very interesting.

That's only from seals and walrii though. Doesn't carry over to other animals. This would affect all animal butchering.
