Food wounds

Foods should have a chnce to give wounds to simulate sickness, much like pepper does for explosive diarrhea. Once satiations are too high/eating bugs (uncooked foods) would be good examples

+1! Hearthlings shouldn't be able to just eat everything, we have dietary needs!

+1 to this. Nuts and berries should help too. Would give more use to trees and bushes beyond the first day/hour of the game.

Dietary need is already simulate by FEP system in general.
