All fresh hides and fish should freeze on the drying frame in the winter (if outside) and you wouldnt be able to dry them

The server should just straight up shut down in winter.

Yeah winter already sucks enough. Fuck realism, it adds nothing to the game. IRL in this time it was likely mostly a time to wait out the cold and that does not translate well to video games.
