Snowball and concussions

Throwing a snowball at somebody should relieve concussions. Perhaps not as efficient as cold compress, but some makeshift aid for them if you lack the cloth for compresses.

A snowball hit should add to Concussion wound and apply a "Cold Smacked" debuff that makes initial wound heal faster. The severity of addition should vary with distance. If self-inflicted, the "treatment" doesn't work.
