Snowflake Necklace

The Precious Snowflake is pretty bad curio and has nothing special to be made from it.

It would be nice to have some kind of use for them, such as a Snowflake Necklace. Maybe it could give +Int or +Cha something similar?

The necklace should melt during summer, would be fun so it would be like a seasonal necklace.

Precisely, it would be something that people really want to wear during winter/spring.
