Reduce study time of curios during the season they can be picked at.

What would I do with 1 minute dandelion?
You can grow them during all seasons!

Because some of them are too weak.
If you study them off season they would be worse.
Gives more reason to pick that trash up.

Isn't saving them for other seasons an incentive to pick them up and store them? It sounds like you just want them to be buffed in general. Making them worse in other seasons disincentivizes collecting them.

Yep thats how you do it right now.
I think its boring and the seasonal curios are not good enough to be worth collecting.
This change would give more reason to go outside your base during slow seasons.

Doesn't make any sense. Why would curios magically NE better one season and then shitty in the next?

People will be in the middle of studying one and suddenly the value changes? Noo thanks! Terrible idea.

Because a lot of the seasonal curios are useless so you never really go out to get them.
Would also mean more people out of their base during the bad seasons.
Thats a good enough reason.

Does that happen with Lady's Mantles when it's no longer the Dawn period? Then again, if you don't eat freshly cooked meat in a certain time frame, it loses the 'sizzling' buff, so maybe it is perfectly fine for this to do so... wilted flowers and all that.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Thats a very good comparison I wish I thought of it.
