Toolbelt memoization

When you undress a toolbelt to a wardrobe, and then dress again. The hotbar bindings should also be saved and loaded.
Its annoying to switch to exploration gear and then having to reassign waterskins again.

Lock the belt slot in your wardrobe.

But I want to put the belt to the wardrobe.
I just don't want to lose the hotkey bindings to my waterskins when I re-equip the belt from wardrobe.
