How about a single page that is updated with each new patch at the top (in addition to the announcement threads) so I can figure out how the game works in $(current year) by ctrl+F searching a single webpage instead of manually combing through every announcement thread since I last played?

We have this thanks to who updates the wiki, which is really nice of them.
+1 to having a changelog somewhere, would be really nice to ctrl+F in one list rather than having to ctrl+F in every single patch topic cause I can't find that one specific update I need to read again.
