Cairns critique

While you were running for cairns extension, safety of cairls, etc. - you absolutelly forgot about other gameplay issues.
I have friend of mine, who building his own plot near my village. He is unable to claim cairn due to inability to claim it with personal claim.
I understand why it was implemented to the game, but the fact that player unable to claim piece of land because someone builded cairn near you sounds weird

Make it so that cairn can be claimed if exists more that month, or something like that.

Does he not want to have a plot in your village? You can village claim them still
