could be cool to have held items like this that grant stat bonus like a piece of jewelry

like use a Völva's wand as the base, attach a developed skull to make it a held item that gives some +int and +lore bonus or something cool
non-gildable and non-functional otherwise, just a cool held decorative item with a small stat bonus
