Anyone else think the bar is a bit low for these? 50 INT and 100k LP* is a pretty easy mark for experienced players... just a few days of hard grinding for the most part. "Farming alts" for a mug or throne really isn't that difficult if a person were so inclined. For new players, it's more likely a week or two depending on how much time they put in and how quickly the figure the game out (or have help such as a written guide or in-game mentor). Still, without that in game mentor, a couple of weeks isn't really enough time to understand the game.
I'm not sure if the INT value can be raised much without making it "too difficult" to get a developed skull. However, the LP level could easily be doubled or more.
I'm posting this after a PM conversation with a newer player, and some points about the game were discussed--namely the visibility of "incentivizing" the hunting and killing of new players. As veterans, I think we all agree the two items, throne and mug, are vanity items at best as quality will never be good enough to compete with other items. Would changing what it takes to acquire these items even be helpful in this regard?
*I believe this is still the requirements. I don't recall it changing anytime recently.
