Horse Hats

Add horse hats. Either the placing of current existing hats on horses, or the much more cash-money version of exclusive hats for horses. This way you can slowly not run out of hat ideas for people/objects. After horses you can move onto cow hats.

Reasons this is a good thing:
1. Horses now have hats.
2. Horses kept in the shade of a hat.
3. Banter rights. Does your horse have a hat?
4. Poor people shaming is a social virtue.
5. More hat based intimidation.
6. Making a social hierarchy for horses is a good thing.
7. You've yet to make bird hats but release new birds.

Good idea, but I think that horses should sometimes eat the hat that they are wearing, to add sinks for them.

perhaps other animals should be able to wear hats as well, like sheeps and pigs?
