An option to hide the silly things

I would like an option in the official client that hides all the silly things (this includes store hats and the damage caused by sketch books) to make the game visually great again.

+1! This would also make adding skins to things other than the head slot less invasive, like silly replacements for weapons and coracles etc that you could toggle off for more immersion.
