the Survey Land tool needs some upgrades.
would be nice if there will be 2 options: "allow digging" and "allow dumping". "on" by default (works as now).
if one of them is unchecked, won't allow performing a specific action - i.e. not removing existing heights to fill the hole (creating a balcony), or not filling the hole while removing heights (creating flat-top hills)

Got to agree. It's a good feature but man is it the incarnation of the pain train a lot of times. Wouldn't mind seeing the ability to make prefab selections to mold an area a certain way you want. Would be nice for making nice incline ramps amongst other things.
