Tarpit fullness on inspection

Short suggestion - Tarpits should indicate on inspection how full they are, similar to when you inspect Headwaters.

Water Q on inspecting Wellsprings similar to when wells are inspected would also be nice.

But... they already do? All the localized resources share that behavior.

If tarpits do then idk what I'm doing wrong bc I have a tarpit near my base which I've collected from in the past but attempting to click inspect on it does nothing.

unless this is some kind of revelation about this behavior being broken at the moment and no one has noticed until now lol
