Map-icons blocks new-marker placement

Map-icons blocks new-marker placement.

It would me nice is that would not be the case.

Having to disable a particular map-icon to be able to place a new-marker where you want it to be is kinda annoying. (system fighting the user fun)

- Own player icon not blocking new-marker creation.
