Improved bears

- Make bears more aggressive (increase aggro range) and powerful in spring.
- Let bear damage scale with their quality, but also enable higher bear qualities. This can be tied to season as well.

For casual players to get access to higher q bones and hides. Exactly the same idea what ppl picked created a separate thread.

how about remove farming anglers on same spot and finding cachalots via scripts, and killing animals via palisades and stupid AI?
