Make ore and stone piles not decay in cave/mine

On surface I can understand stuff like rain and wind eroding/scattering the pile but in a cave?

But there is wind in the caves!
Trolls blowing in the caverns all the time...
Also some moistness there is for sure, but maybe the decay rate could be reduced quite a bit at least.

An alternate solution could be stockpiles couldn't decay until they've been on an unloaded tile, or have grace period (6/12/24h?) before stockpiles can receive decay hits. There are some other times you'd want to use stockpiles off claim, like when fishing, quarrying stone, or gathering wagons of boards/blocks.
