Merge all the threads related to realm chats

There's too many of these, they all cover the same points, making a single realm chat whine thread would reduce forum spam significantly.

If you want to link them, it'll be considered. As of now, because it has become such a "hot topic," I'm closing anything new. If folks can't be considerate enough to the lone moderator to find something that is likely on the front page of C&I, The Inn, or The Moot, I'm not sure I can be considerate enough to allow yet another thread on the matter.

Also, this is a moderation issue. Please bring all moderation issues up in the appropriate place. They don't need a thread in C&I.
