I don't think so.
The fact that you need a modded client to see object bounding-/hit-box data seem kinda irrelevant, considering that data is pulled from the official resource files. (and its displayed as correctly as can be (in Ender client), as far as I can tell).

That would be Tile-ratio offset. (a none uniform x,y offset of ~1/11 tile in this case to be more specific)
Which is something significantly different than just being off by a pixel.
