Stone/Ore quality cap

Add a regional cap to the quality of the stone/ore found in each respective cave level, however allow miners to surpass this cap by introducing a mechanic similar to crop circles but for mining

Sounds totally nonsense, another pointless limitation that makes game harder with no reason.

I'd say, it could make sense if there will be a baseline quality for each level that will form quality tiers, with slow quality difference 20 to 50% from baseline depending on spot.
At least it will remove total quality randomness, there will be no need for hundreds of hours for prospecting good spots.

Op sounds like trolling. Possibly satire.

I don't think Stone/Ore quality should be completely uniform/dependent on layer but it would be better of having strong relation the depth of the layer.

One exception is that currently, one of the deepest layers is gated by having Meteorite Bar(s?) and that layer has much better ore than even a single layer above, this may sound neat but actually allows the one faction, able to win first Meteorite Fight, snowball even further ahead.

No, ore should be variable regardless of position.
