Vote ban

Everyone in the community should just be able to vote ban people out of the game for a world.
if a vote ban is started everyone has 24 hours to vote.

At the end of 24 hours if that person has more yeses then no's.
Then the vote is sent to jorb and then jorb can ignore it like he ignores snugglesnail being a dick to everyone in snuggles kingdom.
