Wilderness chat

We have realm chats, we should also have wilderness chat that contains all areas with NO realm, where hermits and such living out of realms reach can discuss.

No. In game public chats are stupid, and we all know how easy it is to grief them.
If anything, aren't you the one who suggested a global chat that should be moderated by the devs and forum mods? So you know it is a bad idea.
How about channels that you can create in game? Just like world of warcraft. You can /join global, to join the global channel.
You can create many chats, and advertise them on the forums. Make the creator of the channel the mod, and the one who has the ability to add more mods.
How does that sound?

global chat in legacy was amazing
kingdom chats in haven have been amazing
kingdom chat only became bad when snail started asking a fee to use it
