More quests not on the surface world, please

I'm sure others will bemoan this, but when I'm doing those mining related credos, I always found it interesting trying to find quest rocks on lower levels. Found some areas I'd probably not have dug into otherwise.

At least, if I attempt to get a quest underground, I feel I should have some success when casting hearth magic, and not get "nothing." Maybe that means of exploration will be too exploitative... dunno until we try.
