Add Boughs to existing trees

Title, in certain biomes there's zero boughs to be found and in early game, you need a LOT of them.

Wouldn't that make the biomes more samey? Yes, it's a hassle to get boughs in a bough-less biome, but it's not something with an especially negative impact, and it makes the biomes more distinct.

Also - There's a reason the trees that have boughs on them, have boughs on them. It's not appropriate for a lot of the other trees. Even elm are questionable in my book.

I haven't had issues finding boughs in pretty much any biome for a couple worlds. Just mixing and matching them.
