Better dead questgiver feedback

As it stands right now, if the death of a questgiver causes you to fail a quest the name of the quest will pop up briefly, and depending on the number of quests and dead questgivers, you can login to an incoherent mass of words layered on top of each other. As a band aid for now, it'd be cool if in addition, you gained a new quest "A toast to the departed <Questgiver name>", completed by selecting a new action upon right clicking a suitable container of alcohol.
