Emptying Smoke Huts

Like the title says, I'd like an empty fuel button for smoke houses. I filled one up and then realized that I put the wrong wood type inside, so I had to bash it and make a new one. The only way to drain the fuel other than bashing and redoing the structure is to just let it burn for 24 hours or however long it takes.

Please let us remove the fuel from these

Let us extinguished flames from stations by throwing bucket of water at them (right click bucket of water)

It's 48h by the way, so if you put 10 blocks in, and your foods have prepared already, you will need to wait 24h more until fuel will burn, in case if you need to use different wood type for smoking.
This is highly required feature, indeed.
