A new swamp curio bug with Swamp Fever

Since it's something to do with either midges or leeches, how about adding a curiosity in the form of the swamp parasite the text describes. Since it sounds like it comes with a pretty nasty wound, it'd be a good tradeoff to make it a pretty good curio, maybe something a little weighty with some good LP/hour on it.

I don't like swamp fever... Or really have an opinion on it one way or the other. But if it's here to stay, you might as well tie it to something worthwhile.
