Would the better solution be to make hearthing/docking have no TW cost?

Think if you have a dock at this stage you would likely have the capacity to have tobacco or other product which reduce your TW, if you need to use something that uses <1% of your TW.

Ye, if there were something powerful enough for me to care about bypassing the travel weariness system I could do so completely. That's not the point. The point is roads having weariness prevents nothing bad, and does nothing good - but is occasionally annoying and not rly fun.

docking a knarr giving TW is a separate, but similarly silly thing

Road TW used to function to prevent zipping around too easily, but now that we have Thingwalls I don't think anyone's going to build any super-long roads, so road TW might be redundant now.

Oh, I never thought of that. Dock-hearthing has a massive TW cost so being able to completely circumvent it seems kinda extreme. I've never done it beyond my TW capacity, but I assume like normal hearthing you can do this even if it would make your TW exceed 100%?

Definitely using crossroads should not give you inability to use thingwalls, and vice versa
At least, split in two different weariness, for crossroads and thingwalls, which will not depend on each other.

yes, so it's a little retarded that hearthporting barely ticks you up but if you're at, say, 80%, you dockport and over-100% and then fuck yourself on TW for the entire day and can't use your roads in your mine, etc. i already take micro-sleep naps IRL to haven harder, why the fuck do i have to do it in game now? :?
