Remove limit of energy

I want to eat 500 mussels at once, let my energy be unlimited so I end up with 37500 energy.

I was thinking there could be third bar, "fat reserves" (it should absolutely have no debuffs, otherwise we're back to using starvation bots a la Legacy) that slowly refills energy bar.

In Legacy is was all or nothing when it came to that debuff.
A potential -1 on Agi for X surplus energy is not comparable to that.
