New move to make some plays

IP: 10
Cooldown: 100

Effect: Sets target speed as CRAWL for 2 sec (UA effective)

We already get a speed buff when chasing someone, so I don't think we need this.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

What are u talking about? Are u serious? xD Speed buff is for a guy who is trying to run away..

So basically if somebody chasing you who has stacked 10 IP catches you its game over?

No, when you attack someone u get a small speed buff when chasing them.

Maybe, but I imagine in situations like this there would be multiple chasers, and the one who uses the move just immediately turns around and starts to run away so he is not in danger, while his friends take over. People would have to have mandatory slow-down alts in fights.

Reminds me of tacklers in Eve. Maybe factions will start recruiting spruce caps for the sole purpose of slowing down people in fights.

It would scale with UA (UA attacks also use str) so an alt wouldn't slow you.
It can also help you run away. If someone chase you, you can slow him down. Many possibilities
