Add item lock

Add item lock

Make it possible lock items in inventory.
Locked items will not be used as ammunition, can not be dropped and not be used for construction/crafting.

Would fix both:

Feels like a worse solution than either of those offered...

Sounds annoying, but if it'll keep items from being used unintentionally, it's at least a solution.
