Better trough control

A Suggestion by my farmer to make better trough control.

Give toughs the ability to feed in an area selected when going into their UI.

Basically same UI as town "Field Cairns".

Place tough, open tough click select feed area
Expand the area.
Area should still have Max amount so it can't be crazy.
