This seems like a lot of implementation work for little benefit. Removing the current credo tasks and instead relying on the questing system isn't an improvement in my opinion. At least the credo tasks given now are somewhat relevant to the credo albeit often unreasonably difficult to do. If I'm trying to become a miner, I don't want to be shaking my ass at some rock to the delight of some tree on the other side of the continent. I want to mine shit.

You would be able to decide on the massive range of quests you have rather than 1 quest. the credo offers and you would still need to mine to gain the objects for the buffs.

Please stop making threads that looks like released update rather than proposed solution for some of game mechanics.
It is not helping developers in any way, and also have a chance to confuse some players.

Changed the title for you, sorry for having well-named/written threads. Clearly I'm to good ;)

You could make it so at the very start of character creation, you choose 1 credo and all of your random whisper quests are for that credo which slowly improves it, so there is a pseudo class system in place. I think that would actually be really cool, and instead of just getting rid of credos progressing into other credos, you could keep that so that the 1 class you choose at the start can still branch off into others, but make it so you can only choose 1 branch which would individualize characters so every char doesn't feel the same and it would give some much needed depth to the game.
