Add 'Shoot' to combat deck

Add 'Shoot' to combat deck

Can we be able to add 'shoot' to the combat deck? We can fully use archery without it on by click it, so I don't see why not?

You can currently use shoot just by hitting H whether or not the combat deck is active.
