Pushing carts

I think we've all had what just happened to me take place. Accidentally walk into a corner to be penned in by your cart. Could we use the push action against carts not being lifted by a player to nudge them out of the way?

Or maybe even lift them.
We can lift boats after all, even though they are huge, literal mammoths and bears too. Lifting a cart, at least while its empty should definitely be a thing.
Push would work too.

If I can lift a cupboard filled with rocks, I should be able to lift an empty cart. Or even a full one.

And then carrying 6 LCs in a lifted cart on horseback becomes meta for moving stuff...

+1 Push, -1 Lift. Liftable carts seems a bit too exploitable for how much you could cram into them (lift cart with LCs and also pull another cart carrying even more LCs)
