Quest Tree Q Increase Selectivity

On completing a quest from a questgiver, if the reward is going to be a local Q increase I think that this reward could be made much more enticing if you were given a small list where you can select a single thing that you'd like to have the q of increased, somewhat similar to the menu that appears when you're trying to do lure fishing, with the amount of options available being based on a similar formula to the options available for lure fishing. Perhaps these could be based on CHR and Lore?

This suggestion also goes hand in hand with the previous suggestion to have Local Q Increases be made to the actual Thingwall province and stored within the Thingwall itself, rather than the easily killed quest tree/boulder, which has now been made several times in various threads in and out of C&I.

+1

This would also partially circumvent the issue of questgivers sometimes giving Q increases to items which are rarely, if ever, found in their vicinity.

I would rather have the ability to turn those rewards off.
Kind of like how you put "no spam" sign on your mailbox in real life.
